Delivery & Dispatch Information
At Sienna’s Rose we believe that transparency and honesty go a long way, and we do our best to ensure an easy, stress-free shopping experience.

Our stock is held within two locations in the United Kingdom – both in London and Portsmouth. Our stock levels are fully up to date on our website and it’s very unlikely that we’ll be out of stock of any of our products – unless we experience an increase in demand for a particular item / product line.
All orders received before 4pm GMT are picked, packed and dispatched within 1 business day (24hours). More often than not, we can process and dispatch an order the same day (if received before 4pm GMT).
Orders received after 4pm on a Friday, and all weekend orders will be processed and dispatched on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
You’ll be notified by email when your order has been processed and again when it has been dispatched. We’ll use the email address you supplied at the checkout to send you this information, along with the tracking code for your item.
In the unlikely chance we’re experiencing any issues with your order, we’ll contact you as early as possible, and do our best to make alternative arrangements to satisfy your order.
Please note: Bulk orders (more than 10 items) may take a little longer to process. We will keep you informed about your order in a timely manner.
We’re based in the UK and all national orders are sent via Royal Mail for single items. Multiple items will be sent via other couriers, most likely MyHermes.
Single items are sent under Royal Mail’s Second Class Signed For service. These usually arrive within 2 to 3 business days (does not include weekends). We will email your tracking code to you once your item has been dispatched.
Multiple items are sent with our couriers services, most likely with MyHermes, using their signed for service. Again, the average deliver time is between 2 to 3 business days and we’ll email you the tracking code once your order has been dispatched.
Special Delivery (UK)
Most of us have forgotten a special occasion, or left our shopping to the very last minute! With 2 dispatch centres we’re very flexible and can arrange for special delivery services at request. If you require a Next Day Delivery, or Guaranteed Delivery, please contact us prior to completing your order.
International Delivery Information
We have a valid EORI number which allows us to ship to Europe and beyond. Delivery costs are calculated at the checkout and are based on your location relative to us in the UK.
Please note: With Brexit, there may be a slight delay in the delivery service. We used tracked international delivery services to give you an overview of your order in transit.
