Cooling Off Period & Cancellations

Under Distance Selling Regulations, you have an automatic cooling off period in which you can cancel an order. This starts as soon as you place the order and ends 14 days from the day you receive the items. You must inform the us if you wish to return any items during this 14 day period, then you have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

The item must be unused, and within its complete and original packaging.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

In the very unlikely chance that you receive a damaged or faulty item from us, please contact us as soon as possible, quoting your Name, Email Address and Order Number. We also require photographic evidence of the damaged item, including the postage and packaging items.

We operate on a case by case system and we’ll assess your claim accordingly. If the item has been damaged in transit, we’ll dispatch the same item within 24 hours of concluding your case. If the same item is no longer available we’ll offer you and alternative, or offer you a full price refund excluding the original postage costs.

Accidental or deliberate damage is not covered by us.

As our items contain glass, it is unwise to return any damaged item to us. Please only dispose of the item after we’ve communicated with you and let you know whether we’ll be replacing your item or not.

Returns & Exchanges

If you’ve changed your mind about your order and would like to exchange the item for another, please contact us and we’ll guide you through the return process.

The item must be unused, and within its complete and original packaging.

The customer must pay for the return postage costs for a refund or exchange.

Under Distance Selling Regulations, we are not willing to except returns or exchanges for personalised or customised items.


Any refunds processed for damaged or unwanted items will be actioned within 24 hours of us concluding your case. Refunds will be issued via the same service with which you purchased the item – either via Paypal or Stripe.
